It's late at night. . . everyone is in bed sleeping and I am very tired. This is my alone time with my Heavenly Father and Jesus! I have found that early in the morning and late at night are the best times - for me anyway, to spend quiet quality time with Him. I can almost hear him whispering things in my ear and I can always feel His precious Spirit around me throughout the day, but especially at these times when I am alone with Him! LOVE these times of quiet reverence and prayers! However, I've felt in my spirit for quite some time now that God is and has been leading me to do something. So I have been searching and listening for His voice, for His Holy Spirit to lead me, guide me and speak to me and/or through me. . . to lay it on my spirit to show me what it is that He has in store for me; what He has for me to do for Him and His Kingdom. The last couple of days, it has been birthing and I am seeing little signs here and there that are and have been pointing me in the right direction that He is leading me - somewhat slowly, as I imagine He knows that I am a bit apprehensive and does not want to overwhelm me. O what an awesome and amazing God we serve!! So He is taking it slow with me and showing me little things, whispering to me and letting me know that He is here and He is directing my path. Which, by the way, is one of the reason of the this blog and of the name of my new page that I am starting on Facebook - which is "The Lighted Path!" He leads us into His wonderful light, doesn't he!? Always!! As we follow and stay in that light, we can see more clearly exactly what it is He has for us, or what it is He wants us to do, or at times, what He wants us to let go of. His light is OUR lighted Path!! Hence, the name, "The Lighted Path!" as the path is always lit as long as we are looking for Him, staying focused on Him, His Word and His covenant and Promises. Hallelujah! Thank You Jesus!!
So I wanted to just lay a base line down here tonight to kind of get it up and under way. There will be many more posting as I begin to really get into my new page on Facebook. Oh yeah, By the way, the other reason for the name "The Lighted Path!" is because of this scripture; Psalm 119:105
105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. (AMP)
I thought it well suited with how I am and want to help others. . . help them find out just how much Jesus truly loves them and to hopefully, lead them to know Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior! As He is a light to our path and His word is a lamp unto our feet, so I will be a helper along the way to help anyone that needs, wants or just maybe needs some encouragement, inspiration or help with anything. I am hopefully going to also be starting school at Jerry Savelle to study and earn a minister degree so I can legal preach and teach others! I'm very excited, you just don't know. I have felt this calling for a while, but due to illness and depression, kinda of hid from my calling. Now that I am healed, by the stripes of Jesus that bore ALL my sicknesses and diseases, I can concentrate on what God has called me to do! PRIASE GOD!! GLORY GLORY GLORY!!
